- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise.
- Welcome and serve all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
- Drive business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
- Enhance clients' understanding of the brand by presenting the universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
- Provide an outstanding client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
- Address all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique activities.
- Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and engaging.
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
