1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise.
2. Welcome and assist all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
3. Drive business by recruiting clients, developing client loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Enhance clients' understanding by presenting the brand's universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
5. Deliver an outstanding client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
6. Address all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
7. Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique operations.
8. Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
