- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise.
- Welcome and assist all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
- Drive business by recruiting clients, developing client loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
- Enhance clients' understanding by presenting the brand's universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
- Address all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique operations.
- Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and engaging.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional client experience.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
