1. Coordinate the annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a seamless sales process.
2. Prepare accounting paperwork promptly and support weekly and monthly audits.
3. Facilitate all aspects of boutique operations, including maintenance, supply ordering, and sales process support.
4. Handle shipping, receiving, and managing transfers, ensuring 100% tagging accuracy for all outgoing and incoming repairs.
5. Ensure compliance with Richemont Malaysia and Van Cleef & Arpels policies, maintaining accurate audit scores.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in DARE & SAP for processing reports and transactions, and assist on the sales floor as needed.

1. Significant experience in administration, operations, or customer service within a retail environment.

1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is advantageous.
4. Working knowledge of DARE & SAP systems.

Significant experience in administration, operations, or customer service within a retail environment is required.
