1. Lead the flagship boutique in Milan Montenapoleone, setting high ethical standards and representing the Maison at all times.
2. Provide continuous support to the boutique team, leveraging extensive luxury management experience.
3. Report directly to the Retail Director and collaborate closely with the retail management team to implement daily strategies.
4. Establish motivating targets and action plans for the boutique, supporting Deputy Boutique Managers in translating these plans for each Sales Associate.
5. Ensure customer service excellence and a memorable journey throughout the Maison's sales ceremony.
