- Oversee the overall management of the Madrid boutique, ensuring alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels' brand identity and objectives.
- Develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and client service.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to create a flagship vision and phased action plan for clientele and business development.
- Partner with the CRM Manager to execute clienteling strategies to acquire new clients and retain loyal customers.
- Serve as a reference for the Maison's High Jewelry, Jewelry, and watchmaking expertise, while expanding knowledge on competitors.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, establishing partnerships and maintaining close contact with other brands, hotels, and private clubs.
- Support and challenge team members to achieve targets through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Set and monitor individual and collective sales and development plans based on retail KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure staff awareness of targets and best practices in client experience.
- Manage administrative and HR tasks, including recruitment, talent pipeline maintenance, and team integration.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and enforce Maison's commercial rules.
- Oversee safety and security of the team, stock, and premises.
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures, including stock management, product handling, security, audits, and financial processes.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in the luxury industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to embrace changes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to analyzing business and human resource needs.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in line with Van Cleef & Arpels' image.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive career experience in the luxury industry is required.
