1. Oversee the overall management of the boutique, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring business development aligns with brand standards.
2. Report to Retail Management and develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and customer service within the boutique.
3. Lead the team, providing support to achieve targets and ensuring administrative and HR tasks are efficiently managed.
4. Actively recruit and integrate new team members, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines.
5. Monitor boutique security and inventory management.
6. Manage audits, financial processes, and stock control.

1. Completed education in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment, such as jewelry retail or high-end hospitality.
2. Minimum of 10 years of management experience, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry.

1. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
2. Strong leadership qualities and customer relationship skills.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
4. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software.

A minimum of 10 years of management experience in the luxury jewelry or watch industry is required.

Completed education in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment.
