1. Manage and enhance the boutique's operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior management.
3. Maintain the integrity and image of Van Cleef & Arpels in the market.
4. Identify and nurture talent within the boutique team, defining career paths and promoting advancement.
5. Generate new client relationships and innovative business ideas.
6. Represent Van Cleef & Arpels at various events and functions both domestically and internationally.
7. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to manage inventory levels and model stock.
8. Initiate and oversee new product launches and events to enhance market visibility and sales.
9. Assist in setting performance goals for store personnel and provide regular updates to management.
10. Participate in international functions and conferences with senior leadership.

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Master’s degree in business is preferred.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
4. Fluency in French or Mandarin is advantageous.

Multi-unit or high-volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality is required.

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Salary range: $150,000-$165,000. This role is bonus eligible.
