- Welcome clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Guide clients to sales associates and offer refreshments.
- Ensure the boutique is orderly and clean.
- Coordinate with sales associates to provide necessary support.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, promoting its image consistently.
- Registration for targeted placement as per DL 68/99.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and artistic craftsmanship sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Experience in customer service or hospitality within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
