1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury and artistic craftsmanship sector.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Experience in customer service or hospitality within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
