- Welcome and greet clients, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Guide clients to sales associates and offer refreshments.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Coordinate with sales associates to provide necessary support.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting its image at all times.
- Deliver a unique and memorable client experience.
- Enrollment in targeted placement as per DL 68/99.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury market and artistic craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
