1. Ensure the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping paper, to facilitate seamless operations.
2. Participate in the setup and breakdown during boutique opening and closing.
3. Manage the morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, along with maintaining backstock.
4. Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
5. Collaborate closely with Management and Boutique Administrators to maintain merchandise in optimal condition.
6. Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
7. Adhere to all protocols set by Management and Corporate to enhance the client experience.
8. Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.

1. Ability to multitask and remain organized with multiple projects.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent communication and verbal skills.
4. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.

Two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
