1. Manage stock operations including receptions, transfers, quality checks, and stock counts.
2. Contribute to document management such as delivery notes and correspondence.
3. Prepare and follow up on omnichannel orders.
4. Ensure the back-office area is organized and functional.
5. Comply with Maison's policies and Group procedures.
6. Oversee customer service flows to and from the boutique.
7. Monitor and inform the team about the status of repairs.
8. Conduct visual checks on all repairs upon reception.
9. Manage inventories, stock control, and replenishment of spare parts and accessories.

1. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
