1. Complete after-sales service repairs, ensuring component functionality and restoration to meet Van Cleef & Arpels' standards.
2. Perform alterations and adjustments, including ring and chain sizing, and execute laser engravings.
3. Fabricate repetitive high jewelry pieces using handmade and semi-handmade techniques, ensuring high accuracy in cast cleaning and assembly.
4. Execute soldering tasks using both traditional torch and laser welding techniques.
5. Work with complex manufacturing processes and mechanisms, particularly with 18k Gold and Platinum.
6. Manage precious metal inventory and maintain workshop time management systems.
7. Meet productivity, quality, and delivery KPIs within the workshop.
8. Maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jewelry repair and manufacturing.
2. Expertise in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
3. Experience working with a microscope for detailed craftsmanship.
4. Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Strong time management and organizational skills.
3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing workshop priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Self-evaluation skills to ensure compliance with workshop protocols.

3-5 years of experience in all phases of jewelry repair and manufacturing, with a focus on laser welding and traditional torch soldering.

Expected salary range is $43-$45 per hour, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
