- Complete after-sales service repairs, including component functionality and restoration.
- Perform alterations and adjustments such as ring and chain sizing, and laser engravings.
- Manufacture repetitive high jewelry pieces using handmade and semi-handmade techniques with precision in cast cleaning and assembly.
- Execute soldering using both traditional torch and laser welding techniques.
- Apply knowledge of complex manufacturing processes and mechanisms.
- Work with 18k Gold and Platinum materials.
- Manage precious metal inventory and workshop time management system.
- Achieve workshop productivity, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Maintain equipment at the workbench and in shared areas.
- Ensure compliance with workshop Health & Safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jewelry repair and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
- Experience working with a microscope for detailed work.
- Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in French is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail in a workshop environment.
- Effective time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Capability to self-evaluate work in compliance with workshop protocols.
- Experience with laser engraving is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years in all phases of jewelry repair and manufacturing, with expertise in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
Salary range: $48-$52 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
