- Complete after-sales service repairs, ensuring component functionality and restoration.
- Perform after-sales alterations and adjustments, including ring and chain sizing and laser engravings.
- Fabricate repetitive high jewelry pieces using handmade and semi-handmade techniques with precision in cast cleaning and assembly.
- Execute soldering using both traditional torch and laser welding techniques.
- Manage precious metal resources and workshop time management systems.
- Ensure compliance with workshop productivity, quality, and delivery key performance indicators.
- Maintain assigned equipment and shared workshop areas.
- Adhere to daily workshop Health & Safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jewelry repair and manufacturing.
- Expertise in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
- Experience working with a microscope for detailed work.
- Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to respond swiftly to changing workshop priorities.
- Team player with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Self-evaluation skills in compliance with workshop protocols.
- Experience with laser engraving is advantageous.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years in all phases of jewelry repair and manufacturing, with a focus on high jewelry standards.
Expected salary range: $48-$52 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
