1. Complete after-sales service repairs, ensuring component functionality and restoration.
2. Perform after-sales alterations and adjustments, including ring and chain sizing and laser engravings.
3. Fabricate repetitive high jewelry pieces using handmade and semi-handmade techniques with precision in cast cleaning and assembly.
4. Execute soldering using both traditional torch and laser welding techniques.
5. Manage precious metal resources and workshop time management systems.
6. Ensure compliance with workshop productivity, quality, and delivery key performance indicators.
7. Maintain assigned equipment and shared workshop areas.
8. Adhere to daily workshop Health & Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jewelry repair and manufacturing.
2. Expertise in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
3. Experience working with a microscope for detailed work.
4. Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Effective time management skills.
3. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Ability to respond swiftly to changing workshop priorities.
5. Team player with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
6. Self-evaluation skills in compliance with workshop protocols.
7. Experience with laser engraving is advantageous.
8. Fluency in French is a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years in all phases of jewelry repair and manufacturing, with a focus on high jewelry standards.

Expected salary range: $48-$52 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
