1. Complete after-sales service repairs, ensuring component functionality and restoration.
2. Perform alterations and adjustments, including ring and chain sizing, and execute laser engravings.
3. Fabricate high jewelry pieces using handmade and semi-handmade techniques with precision in cast cleaning and assembly.
4. Conduct soldering using both traditional torch and laser welding techniques.
5. Work with complex manufacturing mechanisms, focusing on 18k Gold and Platinum.
6. Manage precious metal inventory and workshop time management systems.
7. Achieve workshop productivity, quality, and delivery KPIs.
8. Maintain assigned equipment and shared workspaces.
9. Adhere to daily workshop Health & Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jewelry repair and manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in laser welding and traditional torch soldering.
3. Experience working with a microscope for detailed craftsmanship.
4. Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.
5. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office suite.

1. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Effective time management abilities.
3. Attention to detail and precision in a workshop environment.
4. Ability to self-evaluate work in compliance with workshop protocols.
5. Team player with a capacity to adhere to deadlines.

3-5 years of experience in all phases of jewelry repair and manufacturing.

Expected salary range: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
