1. Manage administrative tasks and site operations, including secretarial duties and visitor reception.
2. Support the Atelier Director with scheduling and meeting coordination.
3. Oversee the receipt and dispatch of parcels.
4. Handle facility management, including maintenance contracts, supply orders, and local renovations.
5. Control invoice processing and liaise with Van Cleef & Arpels' accounting teams.
6. Manage supplier creation in SAP and client invoicing post-order validation.
7. Prepare HR administrative files and consolidate payroll variables such as overtime and leave.
8. Facilitate new employee onboarding and address queries regarding benefits and leave.
9. Schedule occupational health appointments and team training sessions.
10. Organize team events and lead the RJC certification project and audit preparations.

1. Significant experience in management within a corporate setting.
2. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to adapt to diverse interlocutors.
3. Proficiency in SAP and other administrative software.

Substantial experience in administrative and site management roles, preferably within a luxury or high-end environment.
