1. Co-manage the boutique team, setting priorities and objectives to drive business performance.
2. Monitor sales trends and key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Ensure an outstanding client experience by welcoming and caring for all visitors.
4. Support customer service activities to maximize the in-store experience.
5. Unite and develop the team, coaching members and participating in the recruitment process.
6. Supervise boutique operations and back-office activities to ensure policy compliance and operational excellence.

1. Proven managerial experience in a boutique environment.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous.
