1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing and enhancing boutique operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and directives.
2. Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, fostering community relationships and representing the brand with distinction.
3. Support the sales team in achieving performance targets through effective coaching, feedback, and scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate on inventory management, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations, ensuring optimal product merchandising and display.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment is essential.
3. 4 years of luxury sales experience preferred.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
5. Exceptional communication skills.

A minimum of 4 years in luxury retail sales, with supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. The role is eligible for an annual bonus.
