1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations.
2. Support and guide the team in operational procedures and corporate directives.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, networking within the community.
4. Help the team achieve performance goals through coaching and feedback.
5. Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
6. Provide excellent customer service to elevate the boutique experience.
7. Ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience required.
3. Luxury sales experience, preferably 4 years in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.

4 years of experience in luxury retail, with prior supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range: $115,000-$130,000. Bonus eligible.
