1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
3. Guide and support the sales team in all operational aspects, including adherence to policies and procedures.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Van Cleef & Arpels within the community.
5. Collaborate with corporate teams on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational directives.
6. Ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales potential.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and elevate the client experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales and closing techniques.
4. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
6. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.

Minimum of 4 years in luxury sales, with experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
