1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, fostering relationships within the community and representing the brand with distinction.
3. Support the sales team in achieving performance goals through effective feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate teams on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational directives.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing client experiences and driving sales growth.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations, ensuring effective merchandising and product display to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
2. Prior supervisory experience is essential.
3. Luxury sales experience, with at least four years in a luxury retail environment, is preferred.

2. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.

A minimum of four years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on supervisory roles, is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
