1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
2. Support and guide the team in adhering to policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by networking within the community and representing Van Cleef & Arpels.
4. Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
5. Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
7. Maintain perfect knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience required.
3. Luxury sales experience with at least 4 years in a luxury retail environment preferred.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to motivate a team and solve sales-related issues quickly.
6. Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with prior supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
