Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant Boutique Manager

- Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
- Support and guide the team in adhering to policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
- Act as a brand ambassador by networking within the community and representing Van Cleef & Arpels.
- Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
- Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
- Ensure excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
- Maintain perfect knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Luxury sales experience with at least 4 years in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong selling and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and solve sales-related issues quickly.
- Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with prior supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
