1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
2. Support and guide the team in operational policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
3. Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as a brand ambassador, engaging with the community to elevate brand presence.
4. Facilitate team performance through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling to ensure proper floor coverage.
5. Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and help the team enhance boutique experiences to drive sales growth.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
2. Prior supervisory experience is essential.
3. Luxury sales experience, preferably with 4 years in a luxury retail environment.

2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with prior supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
