- Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
- Support and guide the team in operational policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as a brand ambassador, engaging with the community to elevate brand presence.
- Facilitate team performance through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling to ensure proper floor coverage.
- Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help the team enhance boutique experiences to drive sales growth.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is essential.
- Luxury sales experience, preferably with 4 years in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong selling and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with prior supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
