1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing boutique operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Van Cleef & Arpels within the community and fostering client relationships.
3. Support the sales team in achieving performance targets through effective coaching and feedback.
4. Coordinate with corporate teams on stock management, CRM initiatives, and operational directives.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations and ensure optimal merchandising of products and displays.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on retail environments, is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. The role is eligible for an annual bonus.
