- Consolidate forecasts and manage the procurement budget.
- Monitor action plans with partners, including product and quality aspects.
- Enhance weekly family reviews.
- Prepare and lead bi-monthly sourcing committees.
- Facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with suppliers.
- Drive the strategic procurement process with internal and external partners.
- Oversee partner performance evaluation processes.
- Participate in the Make or Buy decisions for manufacturing by selecting partners for new projects.
- Ensure data integrity affecting procurement and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Degree in Engineering or Business with a specialization in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent adaptability to complex environments with cross-functional interactions.
- Autonomous and meticulous with strong priority management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in logistics and strategic procurement concepts (e.g., MRP, lean manufacturing, Category management).
- Proficiency in standard office software, particularly PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge and interest in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in French; intermediate English is a plus.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, such as category management or family procurement, with significant exposure to corporate strategy.
Degree in Engineering or Business with a specialization in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
