1. Implement, formalize, and monitor SSTE projects on-site.
2. Plan projects and draft action plans.
3. Optimize procedures and processes.
4. Ensure compliance with guidelines and monitor adherence.
5. Prepare and facilitate sessions, including interviews.
6. Raise awareness among personnel about SSTE initiatives.
7. Draft and maintain the documentation system.
8. Define and track performance indicators, analyze data, and propose corrective and preventive actions based on observed trends.
9. Participate in risk and compliance analyses, including environmental, industrial, and chemical assessments.
10. Create communication materials for internal SSTE campaigns.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or master's program with a specialization in safety and environment.
2. Previous internship experience in safety and environment is advantageous.

2. Excellent writing skills and sharp analytical thinking.
3. Proficiency in public speaking and group facilitation.
4. Strong knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

No specific professional experience required, but previous internship experience in safety and environment is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a master's with a focus on safety and environment.
