1. Develop and implement IT tools to modernize the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in collaboration with the Risk Manager.
2. Define project scope and create detailed project specifications with relevant teams.
3. Initiate pilot projects in Human Resources and Process domains, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
4. Monitor and ensure the efficacy of quality action plans related to projects.
5. Facilitate project meetings and create training and communication visuals.
6. Research and deploy effective IT solutions for standardized BCP management.
7. Train teams on the use of new tools and manage risk control actions.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or master's program, preferably with a focus on industrial domains.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, organizational skills, and rigor.
3. Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
