1. Develop and implement IT tools to modernize the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) management in collaboration with the Risk Manager.
2. Define project scope and objectives, create project charters, and establish timelines with relevant teams.
3. Initiate pilot projects in Human Resources and Process domains, ensuring effective quality action plans.
4. Facilitate project meetings, maintain communication among stakeholders, and create training and communication visuals.
5. Research and implement efficient IT solutions for sector-specific deployment.
6. Standardize BCP management processes, assess risk criticality, and define necessary actions.
7. Train teams on the use of developed tools.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or master's program, preferably with a specialization in industrial fields.
2. Autonomous, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
4. Interest in IT solutions.
