- Develop and implement IT tools to modernize the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) management in collaboration with the Risk Manager.
- Define project scope and objectives, create project charters, and establish timelines with relevant teams.
- Initiate pilot projects in Human Resources and Process domains, ensuring effective quality action plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain communication among stakeholders, and create training and communication visuals.
- Research and implement efficient IT solutions for sector-specific deployment.
- Standardize BCP management processes, assess risk criticality, and define necessary actions.
- Train teams on the use of developed tools.
- Enrollment in an engineering school or master's program, preferably with a specialization in industrial fields.
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

Previous internship or experience in a related field is advantageous.
