- Review functional block plans and 3D models of a watch caliber.
- Analyze assembly tolerance chains to identify inconsistencies and propose corrections.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using metrology or collaborate with quality and industrialization teams to obtain practical measurements.
- Estimate the risk of non-conforming configurations using numerical simulation and statistical analysis tools.
- Document findings in technical notes and deliver regular presentations.
- Enrolled in the second or third year of a mechanical engineering program.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, dimensioning, and tolerancing. Familiarity with ISO GPS standards is advantageous.
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, multitasking ability, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for mechanics and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
- Competency in CAD software.
- Basic programming skills.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in mechanical engineering are beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
