- Coordinate the monthly master production schedule in collaboration with the customer service, Autonomous Production Entities (EAP), and procurement departments.
- Ensure timely execution of the planning cycle.
- Identify planning constraints and propose actionable solutions.
- Prepare and lead the load/capacity review with EAP.
- Develop and maintain the production plan within the ERP system.
- Update production capacities in the ERP based on strategic horizons.
- Communicate the production plan to EAP and monitor its execution.
- Track adherence to the production plan with EAP.
- Inform customer service of any major deviations from client deadlines.
- Construct the weekly production plan within a VMI or DDMRP framework.
- Update and maintain weekly planning reports.
- Facilitate weekly EAP/Planning meetings.
- Manage logistics projects related to planning activities, such as DDMRP or ANAPLAN deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in planning within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous.
- Aptitude for modeling logistics processes using advanced tools like Anaplan.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage complex projects within set deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in an industrial planning role, with a focus on logistics and lean manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
