1. Coordinate the monthly master production schedule in collaboration with the customer service, Autonomous Production Entities (EAP), and procurement departments.
2. Ensure timely execution of the planning cycle.
3. Identify planning constraints and propose actionable solutions.
4. Prepare and lead the load/capacity review with EAP.
5. Develop and maintain the production plan within the ERP system.
6. Update production capacities in the ERP based on strategic horizons.
7. Communicate the production plan to EAP and monitor its execution.
8. Track adherence to the production plan with EAP.
9. Inform customer service of any major deviations from client deadlines.
10. Construct the weekly production plan within a VMI or DDMRP framework.
11. Update and maintain weekly planning reports.
12. Facilitate weekly EAP/Planning meetings.
13. Manage logistics projects related to planning activities, such as DDMRP or ANAPLAN deployment.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in planning within an industrial environment.

1. Strong knowledge of logistics and lean manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous.
3. Aptitude for modeling logistics processes using advanced tools like Anaplan.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive approach.
5. Ability to manage complex projects within set deadlines.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in an industrial planning role, with a focus on logistics and lean manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
