1. Manage the planning cycle, including monthly client needs assessment and master production plan development.
2. Analyze workload and capacity alignment.
3. Prepare and lead the weekly Load Plan meetings.
4. Facilitate the DDMRP process with schedulers and the VMI process with clients.
5. Ensure data integrity affecting planning and coordinate necessary corrections.
6. Support ANAPLAN by assisting in problem escalation and tool development.
7. Communicate ANAPLAN tool changes to internal planners and clients.
8. Participate in feedback sessions with clients.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. Strong understanding of industrial logistics concepts (MRP, Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints).
3. Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of SQL and SAP is advantageous.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to propose solutions and adapt to cross-functional environments.
5. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
