1. Actively oversee production line monitoring and contribute to the development of objectives.
2. Participate in the financial development and monitoring of investment requests, including dossier preparation, justification, and post-acquisition analysis.
3. Calculate standard cost prices and measure detailed industrial variances.
4. Ensure internal control, compliance with standards, and continuous process improvement.
5. Coordinate with the Supply Chain for inventory processes, including precious metals tracking, reconciliations, material balance, and production order monitoring.
6. Engage in financial closings and KPI tracking, including P&L, stock, Capex, and cash flow.
7. Propose and act on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial financial control.

1. Excellent ERP knowledge.
2. Experience in precious metals management is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French with at least B1 level proficiency in English.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with department heads.
5. Proactive, solution-oriented, and adept in project management and communication.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial financial control is required.
