1. Develop and deploy applications to enhance production, logistics, and quality processes.
2. Identify needs, challenge existing models, propose digital solutions, and validate their feasibility and impact.
3. Engage proactively with users to co-create solutions, train teams, and ensure adoption.
4. Establish interfaces between business tools (ERP, MES, GMAO, WMS) using APIs, ETL, or specific protocols.
5. Design dynamic KPIs for workshops and support functions using Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.

1. Degree in industrial engineering or digital transformation.

1. Strong analytical and structuring skills.
2. Proficiency in ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Tulip, PowerApp.
3. Knowledge of cloud architectures: GCP, Azure, AWS.
4. Familiarity with industrial protocols: MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus.
5. Experience with data and BI tools: Power BI, Looker.
6. Understanding of RFID, IoT, and data broker concepts.
7. Strong project management skills.
8. Excellent communication and empathy.

3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or digital transformation projects within an industrial environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or digital transformation.
