1. Assemble various components of electronic, manual, and automatic watches.
2. Conduct quality control at different production stages and rectify defects.
3. Perform all production operations including assembly, finishing, regulation, dial fitting, hand setting, casing, and pivoting.
4. Engage in micromechanics, assembly, and final adjustments.
5. Ensure movement and casing compliance.
6. Execute final inspections.

1. Currently in the 11th year of secondary school with a passion for horology.
2. Motivated and meticulous individual with excellent concentration and dexterity.
3. Advanced general educational level.

3. Ability to focus for extended periods.
4. Proficiency in technical and theoretical aspects of watchmaking.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in horology is essential.

Enrollment in a dual education system leading to a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Watchmaking.
