- Advise and support the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager in implementing the company's HSE objectives.
- Identify and assess risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in the management and control of chemical storage.
- Engage in risk and compliance analyses, including occupational, environmental, industrial, and chemical assessments.
- Analyze causes of HSE incidents.
- Support the HSE Manager in training employees on health and safety, including specific hazard training.
- Monitor feedback from employees and managers on HSE issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the development of field visit programs and action follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Technical Services to track corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and lead safety campaigns to raise employee awareness.
- Update HSE documentation management.
- Monitor legal compliance updates with the HSE Manager.
- Participate in group projects related to HSE.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees regarding HSE.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or master's program with a focus on safety and environment.
- Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Previous internship experience in related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Previous professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management is required.
Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Health, Safety, and Environment.
