1. Advise and support the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager in implementing the company's HSE objectives.
2. Identify and assess risks to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Participate in the management and control of chemical storage.
4. Engage in risk and compliance analyses, including occupational, environmental, industrial, and chemical assessments.
5. Analyze causes of HSE incidents.
6. Support the HSE Manager in training employees on health and safety, including specific hazard training.
7. Monitor feedback from employees and managers on HSE issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
8. Contribute to the development of field visit programs and action follow-ups.
9. Coordinate with Technical Services to track corrective and preventive actions.
10. Prepare and lead safety campaigns to raise employee awareness.
11. Update HSE documentation management.
12. Monitor legal compliance updates with the HSE Manager.
13. Participate in group projects related to HSE.
14. Facilitate the onboarding of new employees regarding HSE.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or master's program with a focus on safety and environment.
2. Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Health, Safety, and Environment.
3. Previous internship experience in related fields is advantageous.

1. Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Previous professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management is required.

Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Health, Safety, and Environment.
