- Manage requests for quotations (RFQs) by selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, logistics, and quality, and awarding business.
- Propose and implement cost avoidance and total cost of ownership (TCO) strategies.
- Support internal stakeholders throughout various projects.
- Define and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
- Reduce lead times, inventory, and logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with Group rules and responsible practices.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) roadmap.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
- Create and implement supplier spend and performance dashboards and monitor market trends.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier performance evaluation.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global team environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within the luxury industry.
