1. Manage requests for quotations (RFQs) by selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, logistics, and quality, and awarding business.
2. Propose and implement cost avoidance and total cost of ownership (TCO) strategies.
3. Support internal stakeholders throughout various projects.
4. Define and implement effective sourcing strategies.
5. Manage supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
6. Reduce lead times, inventory, and logistics costs.
7. Ensure compliance with Group rules and responsible practices.
8. Develop and maintain partnerships with key suppliers and evaluate their performance.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
10. Contribute to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) roadmap.
11. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
12. Create and implement supplier spend and performance dashboards and monitor market trends.

1. Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier performance evaluation.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury industry.

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a global team environment.
3. Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, proactivity, and autonomy.
4. Fluency in French and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
5. Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within the luxury industry.
