1. Collaborate closely with external partners to implement marketing operations aimed at business development in retail.
2. Execute traffic generation, customer recruitment, and retention operations.
3. Organize and manage logistics for retail events, including affinity partner events and product launches.
4. Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis.
5. Monitor KPIs and ROI to achieve set objectives.
6. Support digital marketing initiatives, including SNS campaigns and partner feed management.
7. Manage daily press relations, including press kit and visual distribution.
8. Support press event organization, such as press presentations and trips.
9. Coordinate and oversee product management during photoshoots, liaising with security, boutique, and marketing departments.
10. Analyze press performance in relation to media investments and propose corrective actions.
11. Report on completed events to headquarters and conduct competitive intelligence on competitor displays and window animations.

3. Operational readiness and commercial acumen.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience in luxury marketing or related fields is preferred.
