- Develop and execute strategic supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production constraints.
- Monitor stocks and flows to prevent shortages and optimize coverage levels by optimizing inventory levels and cover.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and business intelligence tools, to drive informed decision-making.
- Process and rework databases to ensure complete data consistency.
- Ensure accurate calculation and analysis as a basis for strategic discussions for the Maison.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the luxury watch or high-end retail industry.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the luxury watch or high-end retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
