Vacheron Constantin Senior Commercial Executive

- Drive sales and optimize business performance through strategic merchandising and insightful business analysis.
- Define assortments and lead the market allocation committee.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance client strategy.
- Oversee customer service projects and manage case resolution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage stock requests.
- Monitor budget planning and CRM spending, leading the CRM task force with boutique directors.
- Supervise and recruit the sales coordinator.
- Master's degree, preferably in a scientific field such as business management, finance, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent team spirit and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional service orientation towards internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly watchmaking, is beneficial.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the luxury industry.
Master's degree, preferably in a scientific field such as business management, finance, or engineering.
