1. Drive sales and optimize business performance through strategic merchandising and insightful business analysis.
2. Define assortments and lead the market allocation committee.
3. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance client strategy.
4. Oversee customer service projects and manage case resolution.
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage stock requests.
6. Monitor budget planning and CRM spending, leading the CRM task force with boutique directors.
7. Supervise and recruit the sales coordinator.

1. Master's degree, preferably in a scientific field such as business management, finance, or engineering.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
