- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
- Maintain the brand's high standards in all interactions.
- Capture and manage client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique set-up, maintenance, and merchandising.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Ability to stand all day and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred
Expected salary range: $28 - $32 hourly, based on relevant skills and experience.
