1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
6. Maintain the brand's high standards in all interactions.
7. Capture and manage client data for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
9. Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with boutique set-up, maintenance, and merchandising.
12. Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
13. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
14. Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office support.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
3. Additional language skills are a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
7. Ability to stand all day and lift up to 40 pounds.
8. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred

Expected salary range: $28 - $32 hourly, based on relevant skills and experience.
