- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the boutique's overall success.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a role model in clienteling and building lasting connections to generate sales leads.
- Develop client strategies based on client typology and network within the Harrods environment to create sales opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines for daily operations, including sales, payments, and after-sales service.
- Control inventory quality, ensuring exceptional selling conditions.
- Anticipate clients' specific needs, representing the brand with excellence both inside and outside the boutique.
- Ensure the highest level of service to after-sales clients, managing complaints and proactively following up on the repair process.
- Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities, fostering relationships within the Harrods ecosystem to build brand awareness and recruit new clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and Vacheron Constantin's brand values.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a passion for providing personalized service.
- Competence in MS Office package (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- A passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic, and agile learning approach.
- Ability to multitask and understand priorities.
- Detail-oriented focus in your approach to work.
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, consistently exceeding targets.
