1. Serve as a key ambassador of Vacheron Constantin, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional personalized client experiences.
2. Develop and manage a high-value client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and recruiting new clients.
3. Proactively engage with the Mayfair luxury community to build strong external networks and represent the Maison.
4. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
5. Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, history, and collections.
6. Ensure daily boutique operations are executed to the highest standards, including compliance with security and operational policies.
7. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and special projects as needed.

1. Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in luxury retail sales, client development, and networking within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.

1. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP or CRM systems as an advantage.
4. Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales and client development, particularly within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.
