1. Maximize product sales by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to boutique targets, including total turnover and average sales receipt amount.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, promoting products, and suggesting merchandise to meet those needs.
3. Adhere to safety regulations and security procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
4. Maintain the boutique's appearance to meet brand standards and ensure product displays are in accordance with specifications.
5. Possess comprehensive and accurate knowledge of the brand and its products.
6. Follow authorization and reporting procedures diligently.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury watches.
2. Form 5 graduate with proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

1. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively as an outgoing team player.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, with a preference for experience in luxury watches.

Form 5 graduate.
