- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.

- Support all boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
- Contribute to daily boutique operations such as after-sales service, stock handling, and client follow-up.

- Team player with strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Action-oriented and assertive in negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; a third language is a plus.
- Organized and proficient in MS Office.
- Strong sense of local and international etiquette.
Proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
Very good general education.
