- Share the passion for fine watchmaking with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Represent the Maison and its values both inside and outside the Boutique.
- Support all Boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the Boutique, such as After Sales Service, stock handling, and client follow-up.
- Proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Very good general education with a sense for local and international etiquette.
- Action-oriented and assertive in negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop a local and international clientele.
- Organized and familiar with MS Office.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
Very good general education.
