1. Share the passion for fine watchmaking with clients.
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
4. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
5. Represent the Maison and its values both inside and outside the Boutique.
6. Support all Boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
7. Contribute to the daily operations of the Boutique, such as After Sales Service, stock handling, and client follow-up.

1. Proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Very good general education with a sense for local and international etiquette.

1. Action-oriented and assertive in negotiations.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop a local and international clientele.
3. Organized and familiar with MS Office.
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is a strong plus.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a track record of success in sales and client relationship management.

Very good general education.
