- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop new and existing clientele, with a focus on high-value and bespoke sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Engage in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Assist with special projects, including price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
5 to 7 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
College degree preferred.
