1. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop new and existing clientele, with a focus on high-value and bespoke sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
8. Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
9. Engage in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
10. Assist with special projects, including price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
5. Additional language skills are a plus.

5 to 7 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

College degree preferred.
