1. Coordinate stock management and product allocation, ensuring efficient handling of stock orders and transfers through SAP.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between UK teams and Geneva Headquarters for product requests and availability.
3. Support boutique operations and the implementation of retail projects, including training and reporting.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and head offices, updating information on websites and internal systems.
5. Assist the commercial team with business development initiatives, including ad hoc business cases and presentations.
6. Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and manage inquiries related to permanent displays and accessories.
7. Provide office coordination and administrative support, including preparing materials and arranging travel.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.

Prior experience in luxury retail is considered an asset, though not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
