- Engage in customer service and sales activities.
- Manage customer relationships and inventory.
- Handle repair requests and operational tasks using company systems.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and KPI targets.
- Communicate product knowledge, including the features of mechanical watches and the history of Vacheron Constantin, to customers.
- Execute company customer service standards.
- Create customer management data and apply CRM guidelines.
- Experience in selling luxury goods such as watches, jewelry, fashion, or imported cars.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including sales and customer service.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to build trust with customers and respond flexibly.

- Passion for the Vacheron Constantin brand, even without industry experience.
- Desire to grow with a developing brand.
- Experience in sales and customer service in Chinese or English.
- Possession of watch coordinator or related certifications, or experience in watch maintenance.

- Knowledge and experience in department store external sales.
At least 2 years of experience in luxury sales and customer service.
