1. Engage in customer service and sales activities.
2. Manage customer relationships and inventory.
3. Handle repair requests and operational tasks using company systems.
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales and KPI targets.
5. Communicate product knowledge, features of mechanical watches, and the history and allure of Vacheron Constantin to customers.
6. Execute the company's customer service standards.
7. Create customer management data and apply CRM guidelines.

1. Experience in selling luxury consumer goods such as watches, jewelry, fashion, or imported cars.
2. At least two years of professional experience, including sales and customer service.
3. Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
4. Ability to build trust with customers and respond flexibly to their needs.
5. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to skill development.

1. Passion for the Vacheron Constantin brand, even without prior industry experience.
2. Desire to grow alongside a developing brand.
3. Experience in customer service and sales in Chinese or English.
4. Possession of watch coordinator or related certifications, or experience in watch maintenance.
5. Result-oriented mindset.

10. Knowledge and experience in department store external sales.

Minimum of two years in sales and customer service, preferably in luxury goods.
