- Engage in customer service and sales activities.
- Manage customer relationships and inventory.
- Handle repair requests and operational tasks using company systems.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and KPI targets.
- Communicate product knowledge, features of mechanical watches, and the history and allure of Vacheron Constantin to customers.
- Execute the company's customer service standards.
- Create customer management data and apply CRM guidelines.
- Experience in selling luxury consumer goods such as watches, jewelry, fashion, or imported cars.
- At least two years of professional experience, including sales and customer service.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to build trust with customers and respond flexibly to their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to skill development.
- Passion for the Vacheron Constantin brand, even without prior industry experience.
- Desire to grow alongside a developing brand.
- Experience in customer service and sales in Chinese or English.
- Possession of watch coordinator or related certifications, or experience in watch maintenance.
- Result-oriented mindset.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Leadership skills.
- Knowledge and experience in department store external sales.
Minimum of two years in sales and customer service, preferably in luxury goods.
